We use PostNL to ship all our packages. It’s possible to ship via another courier, but we do so only upon request. To arrange this, please add a note to your order stating which courier you’d like to use.
We apply the following rates:
DE €8,95, free shipping from €150,-
BE €9,45, free shipping from €150,-
FR €12,45, free shipping from €200,-
Free shipping to other EU countries applies from €200,-
Monday through Friday: orders placed before 19:00 are shipped the same day!
Your package may arrive in a less attractive box than you’d expect. That’s because we use only reused packaging materials collected within our network, helping us reduce new material consumption and spare the environment.
If your order contains items both in and out of stock at the time of purchase, we will ship it once all products are available—unless your order is large enough to qualify for multiple free shipments (in the Netherlands from €160,-, since free shipping applies from €80). In that case, we split your order: in-stock items ship first, and the remaining products follow later.
It may happen that you wish to return an order—perhaps the product didn’t suit you or for another reason. Whatever the case, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back. You’ll receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original state and packaging. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the owed amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided we’ve received the product back in good condition.
If the product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the diminished value. Please handle returns with care and ensure proper packaging.
