Matte acrylic paint, water-based and specially formulated for airbrushing. The Model Air color range contains the most complete selection of military colors from recent history, including colors from World War I and II, and up to the present. Each color is based on extensive research by Vallejo's experts into existing and previous military references to offer modelers the highest possible historical accuracy.

Model Air can be used directly or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. It is recommended to prime the surface first and then apply Model Air in several coats. The colors dry very quickly and form a homogeneous paint film with exceptional durability, preserving even the smallest details of the model. A compressor with an air pressure of 15-20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg is recommended for airbrushing these colors. Model Air can also be applied with a brush. For proper airbrush maintenance, we recommend using Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.

Packaging: Model Air comes in 18 ml/0.6 fl oz bottles with a pipette. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating and drying out inside. This allows the paint to be used in minimal quantities and ensures a long shelf life.
